Yes — we hold £5M public liability cover, we're registered with the Federation of Master Builders, and we're a vetted Checkatrade contractor. Certificates are available on request before you sign anything.

A single-storey rear extension usually runs 8–12 weeks. A loft conversion is closer to 6–8 weeks. Commercial fit-outs vary with scope. You'll get a written programme with your quote, not just a rough guess.

We do. We'll tell you upfront whether your project needs full planning, falls under permitted development, or just needs a building regulations sign-off, and we manage the applications with the local authority for you.
